Durable, easy-access cleanout adapter for 3" sewer and drain (S&D) pipe. The NDS 3P11 creates a solvent-weld hub connection on one end and a 3" female pipe thread (FPT) on the other to accept a threaded cleanout plug, giving reliable access to clear clogs and maintain underground drainage systems.

  • Material & connection: Constructed from white polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for a solvent-weld hub connection and threaded FPT opening for a removable plug.
  • Size & compatibility: Designed for 3" S&D pipe; the 3" FPT accepts a 3" MPT cleanout plug (part 31P8), sold separately.
  • Standards & certifications: Manufactured to meet applicable ASTM S&D standards and is NSF/IAPMO certified for underground drainage use.
  • Pressure & schedule: Schedule 35 design for non-pressurized underground applications with a maximum working pressure of 5 PSI.
  • Installation notes: Solvent-weld the hub end to the S&D pipe. Do not solvent-weld the threaded plug so it can be removed for future access.
  • Limitations: Not compatible with DWV Schedule 40 pipe per manufacturer guidance (ASTM D2665); intended for S&D PVC systems only.

This compact adapter provides a simple, long-term cleanout solution for residential and light-commercial drainage runs. Refer to product literature and technical datasheets for installation diagrams, local code guidance, and part compatibility.
