Compact, battery-powered irrigation control built for remote and public spaces, the Rain Bird TBOS-BT4 lets you manage up to four valves from your smartphone. Its waterproof, vandal-resistant housing and single 9V battery operation make it ideal where AC power isn’t available.

• 4-station Bluetooth controller — use the free Rain Bird mobile app (Android and iOS) to configure schedules, run manual operations, and receive status updates without physical access to the unit.
• Flexible scheduling — station runtimes from 1 minute to 12 hours in 1-minute increments, a full 365-day calendar, multiple start times per program and global monthly seasonal adjustment (0–200%).
• Battery powered — runs on one 9V alkaline battery (type 6AM6 / 6LR61). Recommended: Energizer™ or Duracell™; typical battery life is approximately one year (battery not included).
• Rugged, IP68-rated waterproof and vandal-resistant enclosure for reliable buried or submerged operation in medians, roundabouts, athletic fields, or other high-traffic locations.
• Wide valve compatibility — fits Rain Bird valves (DV, DVF, ASVF, PGA, PEB, PESB, GB, EFB-CP, BPE, BPES) and non-Rain Bird valves such as Hunter 458200, Irritrol DCL, and Toro DCLS-P.
• Technical limits & certifications — maximum operating pressure 150 psi (10 bar); maximum solenoid cable length: 18 AWG — 10 m (32 ft), 16 AWG — 30 m (100 ft). Certified to cULus, FCC Part 15, CE, IP68 and several international standards.

Accessories and adapters (TBOSPSOL, TBOSADAPP, TBOSADAPB) extend valve and wiring compatibility. The TBOS-BT4 is a practical solution where reliable, app-driven irrigation scheduling is needed but AC power is not available.
