The Rain Bird XACZ-100-PRF is a complete, two-piece medium-flow control zone kit that combines on/off control, filtration, and pressure regulation in a compact assembly. Designed for reliable irrigation performance, the kit reduces connections and simplifies installation while delivering consistent regulated pressure to downstream emitters.

  • Complete two-piece assembly: 1" ASVF anti-siphon valve paired with a 1" PR RBY 40 psi pressure-regulating screen filter for reliable on/off control and backflow prevention.
  • Flow capacity: Operates across a medium flow range of 3.0–15.0 GPM (11.4–56.8 l/m) to suit most residential and light commercial zones.
  • Pressure range: Inlet pressure 20–150 psi (1.4–10.3 bar); pressure regulator set for 40 psi (2.8 bar) delivered downstream for consistent emitter performance.
  • Filtration: 200‑mesh stainless steel screen (approximately 75 microns) for dependable debris protection; replacement screen: RBY-200SSMX.
  • Durable, certified valve: ASVF includes an atmospheric vacuum breaker for backflow prevention and carries IAPMO recognition for peace of mind.
  • Compact installation: 14" overall kit height and a short two-piece design that fits in standard valve boxes and reduces potential leak points.

Installation notes: install the filter after any upstream valve, and when emitters are located more than 5 ft above the kit or when installed indoors, add a check valve downstream per Rain Bird guidance. The regulator has a small weep point to relieve excess pressure; the warranty is void if the filter is installed under constant pressure. Use routine cleaning or the RBY-200SSMX replacement screen to maintain flow and filtration.
