The Weathermatic SLDEC2 is a SmartWire 2-valve decoder designed for commercial SmartLine controllers. It decodes controller signals to operate two solenoid valves on a 2-wire path, simplifying wiring and expansion for large irrigation sites.

  • Two-valve output: controls up to two solenoid valves from a single decoder address.
  • Electrical: 24–28 VAC input from the 2‑wire path; operates valves to 100' (30 m) from decoder.
  • Durable design: sealed unit with 14‑gauge PVC-coated lead wires; shock-, freeze- and heat-resistant (‑20°C to 60°C).
  • Smart diagnostics: two-way communication reports open/shorted solenoids, wire faults, and supports on-board fault review.
  • Programmable & safe: addressable in the field with SL9600TW programming port; auto-shutdown if communication is lost.
  • Warranty: standard 2-year limited warranty; extends to 3 years when used with SLWIRE and SLCONN connectors.
