Baseline PFS Series Flow Sensor with Integrated Flow biCoder

The Baseline PFS Series Flow Sensor combines a lightweight, low-drag impeller and an engineered tee cavity with a factory-installed Flow biCoder so each sensor arrives two‑wire ready and preconfigured for accurate flow measurement at very low rates.

• Built-in Flow biCoder: Flow biCoder is integrated into the tee insert and shipped with preconfigured K and offset values so the sensor connects directly to a Baseline two‑wire path—no external decoder required.
• Available sizes & part numbers: 1" (BL-PFS100), 1.5" (BL-PFS150), and 2" (BL-PFS200) PVC slip connection options designed for irrigation systems and micro/subsurface drip applications.
• Low‑flow performance: Lightweight HDPE impeller and tee design detect flows as low as 0.20 ft/sec and provide recommended operation between 0.25–15 ft/sec for 1"–2" models.
• Durable wetted materials: Impeller: high‑density polyethylene (HDPE); shaft: tungsten carbide; O‑ring: BUNA‑N; tee, housing and retaining nut: Type‑1 PVC for long service life.
• Electrical & accuracy: Baseline two‑wire electrical output (30 VAC RMS), diagnostic LEDs for troubleshooting, accuracy better than ±1% and repeatability better than ±0.3% within the recommended flow range.
• Pressure & temperature ratings: 1"–2" models rated to 240 psi (Schedule 40) and rated for 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C); threaded retaining nut simplifies service in valve boxes.
