Rain Bird PCS020 pressure-compensating screen (0.20 GPM) reduces the effects of inlet pressure fluctuations on spray nozzles. Installed under 1800 Series nozzles, the PCS screen helps control fogging and minimizes water waste by reducing the effective outlet pressure and radius when needed.

  • Compensates for pressure variations to reduce fogging and water waste.
  • Creates short-throw, reduced-radius patterns or flush-mounted bubbler effects when matched with compatible nozzles.
  • Color-coded brown for quick field identification of the 0.20 GPM flow rate.
  • Fits all Rain Bird 1800 Series plastic nozzles (MPR, VAN, HE-VAN, U-Series, strips, bubblers); fine top threads accept Rain Bird nozzles.
  • 1/2" female inlet threads; recommended operating range 15–70 psi.

Durable thermoplastic construction resists UV and everyday wear; installs quickly as a direct replacement for standard screens. Note: a pressure compensator reduces outlet pressure but will fluctuate with inlet pressure and cannot maintain a perfectly constant outlet pressure.
