The Rain Bird 100ASVF 1" Anti-Siphon Irrigation Valve is a 1" FNPT plastic valve with a built-in vacuum breaker and an easy-access flow control knob. Engineered for residential and light-commercial irrigation, the ASVF prevents backflow when installed upright and works with any standard 24 VAC sprinkler timer.

  • 1 in. FNPT inlet/outlet - durable plastic body for cold-water irrigation use (less than 110°F).
  • Operating pressure: 15-150 PSI; flow range: 0.2-40 GPM; suitable for typical lawn and garden zones.
  • 24 VAC solenoid (0.30 A inrush, 0.23 A holding); coil resistance 38 Ω - compatible with standard controllers.
  • Built-in vacuum breaker (patented) provides atmospheric backflow prevention; IAPMO, ASSE and CSA listings.
  • Compact dimensions - Height 6-1/4", Length 6-1/10", Width 3-1/5"; inlet center-to-center distance: 3-7/8".
  • Includes flow-control knob and external flush/bleed port; for flows below 3 GPM use an upstream filter (RBY-100-200MX recommended).

Install anti-siphon valves above ground and at least 6" above the highest sprinkler head on the valve line; do not install additional valves downstream. Refer to the product manuals, sell sheets, and pressure-loss charts for detailed installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance. The 100ASVF delivers reliable backflow protection and precise zone control for residential irrigation systems.
