Durable Schedule 40 PVC slip cap designed to seal the end of 1-1/2" nominal PVC pipe runs. Lasco part 447-015 provides a secure socket (slip) connection for pool, irrigation, spa, and general plumbing applications. Manufactured from rigid Schedule 40 PVC in a white finish, this cap is built for reliable performance in standard pressure systems and convenient installation.

• Material: Schedule 40 rigid PVC (ASTM D-1784), molded for long-term resistance to chemicals and UV exposure in outdoor use.
• Size & Fit: Fits 1-1/2" nominal Schedule 40 socket (slip) pipe; direct replacement for part 447-015 and compatible with standard PVC Schedule 40 systems.
• Installation: Solvent-weld (socket) connection—clean and deburr the pipe end, apply approved PVC primer and solvent cement, insert fully and hold until set. Follow cement manufacturer cure times before pressurizing.
• Performance: Designed for typical plumbing, irrigation and pool system pressure. Not for compressed air or gases; maximum recommended service temperature approximately 140°F.
