The FEBCO 710 Series 1-1/2 inch Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker offers reliable protection against backsiphonage in a range of cold-water applications. Constructed with a durable bronze body and lightweight plastic poppets, the unit is designed for easy serviceability and dependable performance.

  • Bronze body with female NPT inlet and outlet for secure threaded connections.
  • Lightweight plastic poppets and resilient rubber discs provide positive closure.
  • Rated to 150 PSI (10.3 bar) maximum working pressure; water temperature range 32°F to 110°F (0°C to 43°C).
  • Intended for non-continuous pressure applications; not for use under continuous pressure or backpressure conditions.
  • Internal parts are serviceable in-line from the top of the unit; repair kits available for routine maintenance.

Install the AVB downstream of the last shutoff valve with the air inlet in a level position and a minimum of 6 inches above the highest overflow. Do not install any shutoff downstream of the unit.
