Hunter Wireless Valve Link (WVL) lets you control remote irrigation valves from ICC2 and HCC controllers without running copper field wires. Using license-free LoRa wireless and optional repeaters, the WVL family simplifies installations, avoids costly excavation, and adds resilient, two-way valve control across long distances.

  • Works with Hunter ICC2 and HCC controllers and is compatible with Centralus™ and Hydrawise® irrigation management platforms.
  • Add up to 54 valves plus pump/master valve; nominal line-of-sight range up to 2,000' (650 m) and extendable with a Wireless Solar Repeater.
  • Available models: WVL-100 (1-station), WVL-200 (2-station), WVL-400 (4-station); low-profile, waterproof valve box lid mount (IP68).
  • Operates Hunter DC-latching solenoids; maximum WVL-to-solenoid wiring distance of 100' (30 m) using 18 AWG wire for reliable activation.
  • Power options include one or two 9 VDC batteries (seasonal replacement) with optional solar recharging via SP-WVL or RPT repeater to minimize maintenance.
