NDS 1221 12" x 12" Low-Profile Adapter for 8" Pipe

The NDS 1221 12" x 12" Low-Profile Adapter is a compact, square drainage adapter designed to connect directly to 8" sewer and drain pipe. Its low-profile footprint fits where a full catch basin won’t, and it accepts standard 12" x 12" grates for efficient surface water capture.

• Dimensions: top opening 12-1/4" square; adapter height approximately 5-15/16"—designed for a discreet, low-profile installation.
• Material & durability: molded from high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) treated with UV inhibitors for chemical resistance and long outdoor life.
• Compatibility: connects to 8" sewer and drain pipe; accepts any 12" x 12" grate (grate sold separately).
• Adapter connections: requires one of the NDS Universal Outlets (#1243, #1245, #1266 or #1889) to reduce the opening for 3", 4" or 6" sewer, drain, or corrugated pipe.
• Color & finish: black finish resists corrosion and blends into landscaped and paved areas.
• Applications: ideal for lawns, landscaped beds, patios, walkways and under downspouts where a shallow drain solution is needed.
