Use the FX LAM (Light Assignment Module) to wirelessly assign FX Luminaire LED fixtures with ZD Technology to Luxor groups using ActivAssign. The compact module plugs into a smartphone or tablet headphone jack and works with the Luxor app for fast field programming.

  • Wireless group assignment: Assign fixtures to groups 1–250 using the Luxor app and the LAM.
  • Simple operation: Insert LAM, open Assignment Mode, select a group, point at fixture, press to assign.
  • Battery powered: Uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell; remove when not in use to preserve battery life.
  • Compatibility notes: Works with FX fixtures with ZD Technology and Luxor controllers with Wi‑Fi; some fixtures (Exa collection) require firmware v0.11+.
  • Range and reliability: Performance depends on controller RSSI and device signal; FX recommends RSSI of 70 or higher and using an adapter for devices without a headphone port.
