Netafim BD5 0.5 GPH Barb Dripper - Red Non-PC Emitter

Netafim BD5 point-source dripper delivers a reliable 0.5 gallons per hour (GPH) flow in a compact, color-coded red body. The BD series uses a wide turbulent flow path to resist clogging and performs well in low-pressure, on-surface or subsurface installations.

• Flow rate: 0.5 GPH (red) for slow, precise watering of pots, planters, trees, and wide-spaced plantings.
• Emitter type: Non-pressure-compensating BD model with barb inlet for fast, tool-free installations.
• Tubing & barb size: Designed for 0.160" x 0.220" micro-tubing; barb inlet 0.160"–0.170", outlet 0.160".
• Operating limits: Recommended maximum pressure 29 psi; suitable for low-pressure systems; recommended filtration 120 mesh.
• Clogging resistance: Wide turbulent flow passage reduces debris buildup—ideal for filtered rainwater or municipal supplies when proper filtration is used.
• Applications: Use on-surface, under mulch, in planters, hanging baskets, tree lines, and other low-pressure irrigation zones.
