The Rain Bird PRB-QKCHK-100 is a 1-inch pressure-regulating Quick-Check basket filter engineered for low-volume drip and micro-irrigation zones. It combines reliable filtration with a built-in pressure regulator to simplify installation and reduce maintenance.

  • Integrated pressure regulation: Built-in 40 psi regulator maintains consistent downstream pressure for uniform emitter performance.
  • Flow & pressure range: Diagnostic flow 3.0-20.0 GPM; inlet pressure 15-150 PSI; temperature rating up to 150°F (66°C).
  • Stainless steel screen: Comes pre-assembled with a 200 mesh (75 micron) stainless steel screen; other mesh sizes available.
  • Quick-Check indicator & no-spill: Clear clean/dirty indicator and no-spill design tell you when to service without backflowing debris.
  • Easy service: Threaded top with O-ring and jar-style cap for tool-free access and fast cleaning.
  • Compact dimensions: Approx. 6.5" L x 3.5" W x 7" H; 1" inlet/outlet.

Replacement screens (QKCHK-120M, QKCHK-150M, QKCHK-200M) and a replacement cap (QKCHKCAP) are available. Note: if downstream emitters are more than 5 feet above the filter, install a check valve after the regulator. Ideal for commercial and residential drip systems where consistent pressure and reliable filtration are required.
